Pets are welcome with prior approval. Extra measures are taken for families with children, to ensure their safety and enjoyment. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels in summer. All kitchenware is provided: cookware, dishes, glasses. We have toys & games for any age group. The yard features 2 fenced-in areas, a covered patio, lighting, edibles, a front porch and 2 grills (charcoal provided). Bedrooms are air-conditioned in summer months. Mid-week maid service is provided for stays exceeding 7 nights. Digital cable and music / DVD libraries are available.		Rates and minimum stays vary depending on the season. High Season Memorial week-end thru Labor Day week-end. (3 night minimum) 3 nights-$650 4 nights-$850 5 nights-$1050 6 nights-$1250 7 nights-$1400 Reduced rates for stays exceeding one week. Shoulder Seasons are the first week-end of May until Memorial Day week-end and from Labor Day week-end thru October, plus Thanksgiving and New Year's week-ends. (2 night minimum) 2 nights-$400 3 nights-$550 Inquire for stays of 4 or more nights. The rest of the year is considered Off-Season. (2 night minimum) 2 nights-$350 3 nights-$500 Inquire for stays of 4 or more nights.
